Waste Sense is an innovative Australian company providing smart waste management solutions for businesses and municipalities. Despite having cutting-edge technology and strong environmental impact, their website failed to communicate their value proposition or generate qualified leads.

Client Goal: Create a professional website that establishes credibility, clearly communicates value, and generates qualified B2B leads.

Key Problems:

 

  • Website looked outdated and didn't reflect innovation
  • Complex service offering poorly explained
  • No clear customer journey for different buyer personas
  • Weak lead generation (3-5 inquiries per month)
  • Poor search engine visibility for key terms
  • Not mobile-friendly

Stakeholder Workshops: We conducted extensive discovery sessions with the Waste Sense team to understand:
