Seiyal
Overview
A body care house built on inherited knowledge and modern formulation. Four objects, no range to hide behind, so the site has to carry the world.

Challenge
Seiyal launches with four products. There is no catalogue to browse, no bestseller grid, no discount to lead with. Everything the visitor decides about the house has to be settled by presentation: the pace of the scroll, the weight of the type, the amount of air around an object. Get that wrong and it reads as another small beauty brand with nice packaging. Get it right and the restraint does the selling before a single ingredient is read.
Focus
Every decision was measured against a single question: does this move the visitor closer to the action that matters?
Approach
Phase 01
Started with the brand's own logic. Seiyal organises around the hours of a day, not rituals or routines. We built that into the architecture as ambient structure rather than navigation, so the visitor feels the rhythm without being asked to learn it.
Phase 02
Set the visual register early. Deep scarab green, a high-contrast serif, and generous negative space, closer to a gallery wall than a beauty PDP. Nothing decorative that is not also doing a job.
Phase 03
Treated product pages as editorial spreads. Each object gets room to be understood: the formulation, the material, the hour it belongs to, and the way it behaves on skin, written in the brand's own voice rather than ingredient-deck shorthand.
Phase 04
Designed the pre-launch state with the same care as the store. The waitlist page is the first impression for most of the audience, so it holds the full brand world at a smaller scale.
In build
01 / What we are solving for
A visitor who has never heard the name should understand the house within ten seconds and be able to say why it is different within thirty.
02 / The constraint we like
Four products means every template is load-bearing. Nothing can be padded out with range, so each page has to earn attention on writing and pacing alone.
03 / Built to extend
A second line is planned. The architecture and design system are being drawn now so that line lands as an addition, not a rebuild.
